Bahri found himself with an under-utilised kitchen and a high-labour margin. To close the gap between these two areas, Bahri wanted to increase the volume of sales to boost his income. The trouble was, he wasn’t sure where to start.
Bahri partnered with Peckwater Brands to fix his problem. He launched two virtual brands from his existing kitchen, which were chosen based on local customer data. From our experience, we also made sure to launch brands that run well from a Kebab kitchen.
Bahri’s team was impressed that a lot of the ingredients from our virtual brand menus were already on their main menu. It made training easier, allowing them to launch quicker and start increasing their revenue as quickly as possible. Now, Bahri’s monthly income is higher and his profit margins have increased.
