The story behind Peckwater Brands

In 2019, Sam Martin and Leo Bradshaw (our awesome founders) noticed that the food delivery market was thriving while the rest of the hospitality industry struggled. To help food operators utilise this growth and keep their business profitable, they began working with existing kitchens to maximise their capacity.

This is where their virtual franchising idea began. It was a brand-led, data-driven concept that would easily integrate into any professional kitchen.
