Peckwater Brands is a delivery franchise company. We create fully operational food concepts that help kitchen operators reach more customers. In other words, we create virtual food brands to help you boost your income. Our services include:
First, we’ll have a call with you to discuss your operations, your capacity, and your budget. You don’t have to worry about hiring new staff or getting new equipment to work with us. We’ll fit around your existing operations.
Then, we’ll work together to choose which of our virtual brands is the best match for your kitchen. We use local demand data to find the best options.
After selecting the virtual brand, we train you and your team. Our Head Chefs show your kitchen staff how to prepare the food, and your dedicated Franchise Manager helps you optimise performance and grow sales.
We work with a variety of partners across the hospitality sector, including independent restaurants, cafes, and takeaways, as well as large enterprise clients like Sodexo, Stonegate and others. If you’re preparing food for customers, you could be one of our partners.
You don’t need to have any experience of food delivery to work with us. Our virtual brands work for any kitchen in any industry. And no need to worry about equipment, recipes, or branding - we’ll take care of everything.
The main benefit of using a virtual brand is having additional streams of income. Instead of relying solely on your dine-in business, you have another set-up that’s putting money in the bank. It also reduces food waste, helps you reach a wider audience, and boosts your profits without creating an entirely new operation. Customers will make a purchase online through a third-party delivery platform. We currently work with a number of delivery platforms including Just East, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. The order will come through to your kitchen, and you’ll prepare it for delivery. It’s as simple as that.
We own the virtual brands because we create them from scratch. Using data from delivery platforms in local countries and regions, we create informed and strategic brands that match what customers are looking for.
Although we own the brands, you’ll use them to promote your food and manage your orders.
It varies depending on how many locations you have. We take a small commission of your gross sales, and we also have very little upfront cost with no minimum contract length.
We also use a performance-based pricing model, which means we only make money when you do. Get in touch for more information about our pricing or to get a quote.
The exact equipment varies based on the virtual brands you use. Some of the common appliances include an oven, a microwave, a toaster (or salamander), a twin tank deep fat fryer, a flat top (or plancha), and a bain-marie. We’ll take your existing equipment into account when choosing the right brand for your kitchen, so you don’t have to worry about buying anything new.
The good news is that you don’t need much to start a virtual kitchen with us. Before we partner you with a virtual brand, we’ll review your resources and capacity so that you can use your existing premises and equipment to launch your virtual restaurant. As long as you have a professional kitchen, you’re good to go.
It’s a simple process to get your virtual kitchen up and running with Peckwater. In fact, you can start selling in as little as 14 days. We offer an automated onboarding process that’s easy to follow with a quick 7-day turnaround.
We’ll also train your chefs so they know how to follow the ordering system and prepare the food. We only require one team member on-site, and the training lasts for around 4 hours.
After the training is complete, you can launch your food delivery service. Say hello to extra orders, income, and margin.
We’ll provide you with an onboarding and launch package. In the package, you’ll receive:
Yes. We can provide specific brands for certain dietary requirements (including vegan, vegetarian, and halal). We can also provide menu options that cater to different food restrictions, but you can only prepare these food items if you have the capacity to do so.
For example, let’s say we create some gluten-free options in your menu. To effectively make gluten-free food, your kitchen must avoid cross-contamination. If you don’t have the capacity to do this, you can’t offer this food.
Our brands serve all kinds of food! From pizza and burgers to Korean chicken and Mexican classics - our virtual brands have something for everyone.
We do! Most of our brands offer vegetarian and vegan options, as well as catering for other dietary requirements. If you have any questions, reach out to the brand directly and they can talk you through what’s available.
It varies depending on what you order and which brand you order from. However, we can assure you that our portion sizes are big enough to fill you up. You might even have leftovers for the next day - what a dream.
Yes! Our brands are available to order on third-party delivery platforms like JustEat, Deliveroo, and Uber Eats.
You certainly can! Simply head to your food-delivery provider (whether that’s Just Eat, Uber Eats, or Deliveroo) and add the food items to your menu. When you go to checkout, you’ll have the option to select the date and time of the delivery. You’re welcome!
