Initial interview

If you've got the skills and experience we're looking for, we'll invite you to a first-stage interview. It’s usually a 30-minute video call where we get to know you better, you can ask us questions, and we can tell you more about what we do.

Follow-up interview

If your first interview is successful, we'll invite you to a second interview with an exercise to complete. We’ll then ask you questions about the exercise (such as how hard it was for you and how long it took to complete), as well as some questions around our company values.

Final interview

The final interview usually takes place with one of our Founders or a member of the Management Team. The main focus will be making sure that Peckwater Brands is the right place for you. There won't be any exercises; it's more about assessing cultural fit.

Offer

If we think you'd be a great fit for our team, we'll make you an offer and agree on a final package! We’ll ask you to respond by a certain date so that we can set our onboarding process into motion. If you have any questions after receiving an offer, just let us know.

Why work with us

We aren’t a hierarchical company, so everyone has a voice and everyone’s voice matters. Our company values are super important to us. We help each other, act fast to make things happen, and celebrate our milestones. We’re also quite a sociable bunch, and have regular drinks, dinners, and activities. Activities usually involve games - be it virtual reality or with an electric gamebox. And yes, things do get pretty competitive - especially with our co-founders at the helm!

Peckwater is a really fun place to work. We all want to help the company grow, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. In other words, we work hard, but we have a great time while doing it!
We have a dynamic work environment at Peckwater, which means I have the flexibility to work from home some days, and be in the office on other days. It’s the best of both worlds, which is ideal for me
Since working at Peckwater Brands, I’ve learned a lot about myself and the direction I want to go in my career. Everyone I’ve worked with is supportive and encouraging, and I’ve never felt like I can’t reach out for help or to ask a question.
Because there’s no clear hierarchy at Peckwater, everyone’s voices are listened to. I feel like a valued member of the business, which is great!
